Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

Because each piece is custom-made, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, just email us at support@kinai.com within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

When will I get my order?

We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Each print is made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production, plus 2–4 business days for delivery.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured with local partners carefully selected to ensure our products are of the highest quality. All our prints are produced on museum-grade, archival-quality paper with premium inks.

Can I order wholesale prints For a project?

Yes, we partner with select brands, interior designers, and hospitality spaces. Kindly email us at hi@kinai studio.com with details for wholesale or bulk requests.

Do your prints come framed?

That depends! Each piece is available either as a print only or with a custom frame made to fit the artwork perfectly.

If you purchase a frame along with your print, we carefully frame your artwork for you, so it arrives ready to display. This way, you can enjoy your piece right out of the box without needing to source or fit a frame yourself.

For Artists

How does being a Kinai Studio artist work?

At Kinai Studio, we love partnering with African artists to bring their work to life as high-quality prints. You always retain full ownership of your original art, while we take care of the rest, from printing and framing to shipping, customer support, and handling payments. This means you can focus on creating while we help your art reach collectors around the world.

You can send us your portfolio anda short introduction via our always-open form here. Our curatorial team will review your work with care and get back to you.

What kind of art do you accept?

We focus on African-inspired, original works: paintings, illustrations, digital art, and photography that tell your story.

Do I need to send physical artwork if I am a traditional artist?

No! We use cutting edge technology to digitize and optimize your art work. We’ll guide you on format and quality requirements to ensure the best print outcomes.

Who owns the rights to the artwork?

You do. Kinai Studio only has a license to reproduce and sell prints of your work.
